2. Ensure the physical and emotional safety of every camper.


3. Be good role models. All staff must be aware of the enormous responsibility they carry as role models to young children.

Validate and share in campers' successes. Our program exists to create success opportunities for the campers. The staff must validate and share in that success. To do that they MUST BE INVOLVED WITH THE CAMPERS in every aspect of their camp experience. That is, THEY MUST CARE ABOUT THEIR KIDS!
